This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure the process is as clear and straightforward as possible.

At Novo3D, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality 3D-printed accessories and tools. Our mission is to empower land surveyors and tech enthusiasts with innovative solutions that enhance their work and inspire creativity.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, free from any signs of wear or damage, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order number.

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

Please note that custom 3D-printed orders, final sale items, and digital products cannot be returned. This is because custom items are made to your specifications, final sale items are clearance, and digital products are delivered electronically.

How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to return your product:

Contact Us First

Before sending anything back, please E-Mail our support team at info@novo3d.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.

Await Authorization

We will review your request and, if it's approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your return.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the item in its original packaging. Please include the RA number inside the package to ensure a speedy process. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@novo3d.com immediately with your order number and photos of the item and box for a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable, unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong or defective item), in which case we'll cover it.
