To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, free from any signs of wear or damage, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order number.
Please note that custom 3D-printed orders, final sale items, and digital products cannot be returned. This is because custom items are made to your specifications, final sale items are clearance, and digital products are delivered electronically.
Before sending anything back, please E-Mail our support team at info@novo3d.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
We will review your request and, if it's approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your return.
Securely package the item in its original packaging. Please include the RA number inside the package to ensure a speedy process. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
If your refund is delayed, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If it's still missing, reach out to us at support@novo3d.com.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@novo3d.com immediately with your order number and photos of the item and box for a replacement or full refund.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable, unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong or defective item), in which case we'll cover it.
